The role leads manufacturing operations, SIOP execution, production scheduling, continuous improvement, safety, quality, inventory, delivery, and productivity performance; develops and coaches direct reports; and supports customer requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of manufacturing operations planning and leadership experience, or equivalent military experience with five years in those areas. The position offers an annual salary of $97,000–$143,000 plus a variable incentive program, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, New York.
