Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager will lead all manufacturing operations at the Ranjangaon plant, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets while managing operational excellence, capacity, inventory, workforce development, budgets, compliance, and digital manufacturing initiatives. The role partners with plant leadership and cross-functional teams and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, a master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in automotive or industrial operations.
