Description
Ecowaste Solutions is hiring a Site Manager to run a waste-management site from the ground up, owning the P&L, managing CDL drivers and DOT-compliant equipment, overseeing routing and service delivery, driving local sales and customer retention, and recruiting and developing site staff. The role requires 5–7 years of operational management experience, DOT and fleet-management expertise, a clean MVR, and a combination of office and active field work. Full-time hours are required, with weekly pay and health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
