Description
The Operations Manager – Bulk & Bagging Warehouses will oversee day-to-day operations of Enstructure’s off-port warehouse facilities supporting maritime cargo. The role manages bulk-material and bagging processes, supervises warehouse staff, controls inventory, coordinates with port, vessel, trucking, and rail partners, enforces safety and environmental compliance, oversees equipment and maintenance, drives continuous improvement, manages vendor relationships, and prepares operational reports and cost-control initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, at least five years of warehouse or terminal operations experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
