EōS Fitness is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the Service team and day-to-day gym operations, including customer service, staff hiring and scheduling, revenue and membership compliance, facility cleanliness, inventory, safety, and cross-functional performance improvement. The role requires 2–3 years of operations management experience, 3–4 years of customer service experience, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work in a gym setting.
