EōS Fitness is hiring an Operations Manager in California to lead the Service team and oversee daily gym operations, customer service, staff scheduling and supervision, compliance, cleanliness, inventory, and cross-functional coordination with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing. The role requires operations management and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work in a gym environment and lift more than 40 lbs. The position offers a California pay range of $75,000 to $75,010 USD and includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other employee benefits.
