EōS Fitness is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and coach the gym’s Service team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure operational excellence, strong member experience, compliance, cleanliness, inventory control, and collaboration across sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing. The role requires operations management and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work in a gym environment and lift over 40 lbs. The position offers a $65,000 salary and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and employee perks.
