EōS Fitness is hiring an Operations Manager for a gym location in California to lead the Service team and oversee day-to-day operations focused on customer experience, staff supervision, facility cleanliness, compliance, inventory, and cross-functional coordination with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing. The role requires 2–3 years of operations management experience, 3–4 years of customer service experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to work in a gym setting and lift over 40 lbs. Compensation is posted as a California pay range of $75,000 to $75,010 USD, with health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits offered subject to eligibility.
