Description
The Operations Manager will support the COO, Director of Operations, and school leaders by developing and refining school operations systems, managing food service, custodial, transportation, facility maintenance, procurement, IT assets, safety, and contracted services. The role also handles basic facility and IT repairs, coordinates service vendors and special-event facility use, and supports staff and students with hardware and software. The position requires a bachelor's degree, facilities and basic IT capabilities, a personal vehicle, strong communication and management skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; public charter school, Google Apps, and student information systems experience are preferred. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and Operations, starts ASAP, and pays $50,000-$55,000 with comprehensive benefits and a 403(b) retirement plan.
