Description
The role supervises assigned case managers and manages daily operations, performance, resources, project plans, reporting, customer assignments, and program development for TANF and workforce programs. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of TANF program experience, 3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. The starting salary range is $75,000–$85,000.
