The Hampton Inn & Suites - Fredericksburg @ Celebrate VA is seeking a Driven Operations Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, guest service, food and beverage, and other departments. The role supervises associates, manages expenses, supports hiring and training, monitors performance and PM systems, analyzes financial reports, resolves customer complaints, and ensures compliance with applicable laws. The position requires two years of hotel experience, preferably in a comparable hotel, high school education or equivalent vocational training, and the ability to manage overnight operations and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. The listed salary is $24.00.
