Description
Eucalyptus is hiring an Operations Manager to run and improve the operational processes supporting its German patient-facing business. The role owns day-to-day processes, troubleshoots payments, orders, invoices, discounts, verification, referrals, and patient communications, uses data and KPIs to identify root causes, and delivers operational initiatives across Patient Experience, Product, Technology, Growth, and other teams. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, marketplaces, digital health, or a similar fast-moving environment, strong problem-solving and data skills, and fluency in English, preferably German. Compensation is €55,000–€65,000 gross per year plus additional benefits.
