EVERSTAR is hiring an Operations Manager for a MilTech team to build and monitor internal operational processes, develop documentation, support system transformations, train employees on internal software tools, and administer Jira, Confluence, and ARIS. The role requires relevant experience in operations management, systems administration, or methodology, along with hands-on Jira and Confluence administration and process-development skills.
