EVERSTAR is hiring an Operations Manager for a defense-sector company that develops and manufactures equipment and electronic solutions. The role manages material provisioning, Jira and ERP task creation, administrative and accounting support, process monitoring and improvement, SOP implementation, internal and external communication, and supplier coordination. Candidates should have operations-management experience, process-implementation experience, ERP and Jira experience, supply-chain knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is based in Kyiv, offers flexible work with up to 10 remote days per year, and includes health insurance after the probationary period.
