EVERSTAR is hiring an Operations Manager to coordinate department operations for a defense-sector equipment and electronic-solutions company. The role involves building and optimizing internal processes, managing marketing budgets and documentation, coordinating with Finance, Operations, and IT, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, tracking operational metrics, and managing complex operational and marketing projects.
