Evri Group is hiring an Operations Manager in Barnsley to lead the day-to-day operations of a parcel-delivery hub. Reporting to the Hub Manager, the role oversees inbound, outbound, manual, and international operations; resources, shifts, costs, compliance, health and safety, customer service, performance reporting, problem solving, and team development. The position requires proven operations management experience, leadership, data-driven decision-making, budget and efficiency management, stakeholder communication, Microsoft Office and reporting-system competency, and a full UK driving licence. The salary is £50,000–£55,000 per annum, with a 2:00pm–10:00pm schedule working five days out of seven.
