Fanatics Commerce is hiring an Operations Manager to lead inbound or outbound distribution operations, manage 3–10 supervisors and up to 350 athletes, coordinate staffing and workforce planning, maintain inventory and material flow, improve customer service and operational efficiency, and apply data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. The role requires at least five years of distribution or warehouse management experience, 3–5 years of Fanatics tenure, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. It is an on-site position in Aberdeen, Maryland, with a base salary of $96,800–$117,700 USD.
