Ferguson is hiring an Operations Manager to lead business operations for its Groveport branch, supporting a team of more than 30 associates and reporting to the Branch Manager. The role covers operational efficiency, safety and security, internal audits, process and standard operating procedure development, inventory and purchasing coordination, facility management, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Candidates need 3–5 years of operations experience in a production or fabrication facility, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with Ferguson’s Trilogie inventory and logistics system. The position offers a monthly salary range of $4,124.70 to $9,075.00 and is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
