Fisher Dynamics is hiring an Operations Manager for its Harper Woods, Michigan facility to oversee production activity across designated plants. The role leads production shift supervisors and coordinates staffing, production, quality, materials, scheduling, cost, equipment, throughput, safety, housekeeping, and plant financial performance. Responsibilities include driving scrap and OEE improvement, labor efficiency, continuous improvement, IATF-16949 compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and other operations teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, five years of related manufacturing experience, leadership and communication skills, knowledge of ISO14001 and IATF-16949, computer literacy, and proficiency in Spanish.
