Description
Ford is hiring a Vehicle Logistics Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of vehicle logistics, including routing, upfitting, delivery, Ship-Thru, Drop Ship, and Upfitter network optimization. The role leads operational readiness for commercial fleet launches, improves cycle times and inventory aging, manages KPIs and corrective actions, coordinates with plants, carriers, suppliers, and technology vendors, and oversees logistics budgets. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and approximately 25% travel. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a salary range of $112,680 to $212,760.
