GFL Environmental is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a waste-management branch generating more than $30 million in revenue. The role oversees recruitment, training, employee relations, safety programs, DOT compliance, fleet and route operations, customer service, financial performance, productivity, capital planning, and daily Tower system data analysis. Candidates should have 2–3 years of management experience in waste, logistics, heavy industrial, or a similar blue-collar environment; a BA/BS is desired, and a CDL is a plus. The position pays $90,000–$110,000 annually plus bonus potential and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and EAP benefits.
