Description
Greenfield Global is hiring an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, packaging, planning, scheduling, shipping, inventory, and customer-delivery operations at its Brookfield, Connecticut Life Sciences facility. Reporting to the Site General Manager, the role manages approximately 40 employees, develops teams, improves processes through Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous-improvement methods, and ensures compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FDA requirements. The position requires at least five years of operations leadership experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and strong knowledge of regulated manufacturing and chemical-handling compliance.
