The role manages labor scheduling, budgets, profit and loss, operational metrics, strategic planning, risk management, safety, employee development, and employee relations. It requires extensive related management experience, strong business and logistics knowledge, communication and analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a bachelor’s degree and Class A Commercial Driver’s License are preferred.
