GreenWaste is hiring an Operations Manager to provide operational leadership and oversight for one or more post-collection facilities. The role manages Operations Supervisors, translates company and general-manager priorities into operational plans, oversees staffing, vendors, safety, compliance, training, performance, financial and KPI management, maintenance coordination, and facility projects. It requires prior management experience, a valid California driver license, English proficiency, and the ability to work in indoor and outdoor industrial environments; weekend and holiday work may be required.
