Hallcon is hiring an Operations Manager to support its General Manager in managing day-to-day employee transportation operations for a client at San Francisco International Airport. The role oversees a large driver team, route coverage, dispatch coordination, safety and compliance, customer and union relations, performance and disciplinary actions, employee scheduling and recruiting, documentation, and service-quality reporting. Candidates need at least two years of customer-service and client-relations management experience, five years of transportation or logistics management experience including a team of 50 or more drivers, FMCSA regulatory knowledge, flexible availability, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to learn specialized transportation systems.
