Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressively responsible operations management or related aerospace experience, supervisory and job-shop experience, and proficiency with ERP/MES, PowerBi, and Microsoft Office. The position offers a $160,000–$181,000 annual salary plus bonus and health coverage among other benefits.
