Operations Manager at Hi-Line

Hi-Line is hiring an onsite Operations Manager to lead its Distribution Team in Farmers Branch, Texas. The role manages inbound, outbound, packaging, stocking, returns, kitting, spooling, equipment, inventory, quality control, staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, safety, performance reviews, training, and operational improvements. Candidates need at least 10 years of operations management experience, prior distribution experience, leadership of 20 or more employees, advanced Excel knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
