Description
HIVED is hiring an on-site Day Ops Manager for its London depots to lead daytime operations across on-road and under-the-roof activities. The role manages shift handovers, driver capacity and compliance, dispatch and service levels, labour planning, safety, quality, cost, and team performance, while leading Coordinators and other supervisors. It follows a four-days-on, three-days-off rotation requiring one weekend day, and requires 4–8 years of experience in fast-paced OTR, dispatch, or last-mile operations.
