Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring an Operations Manager – Site & Manufacturing to lead the Melbourne manufacturing and distribution facility. The role owns safe, compliant, efficient operations across production planning, manufacturing performance, warehousing, distribution, inventory, quality, safety, workforce development, budgets, risk management, and customer requirements. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, including five years in progressively responsible leadership and experience leading a manufacturing site or significant operation.
