Description
The Manager, Consolidation & Fulfillment Operations oversees fulfillment and production operations, including transportation routing, customer service, inventory control, staffing, training, and supervision of production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and customer service personnel. The role supports warehouse and manufacturing performance objectives and is accountable for cost, productivity, customer service, and profit. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of production, warehouse, and logistics experience, manufacturing or production experience, 3PL and logistics management experience, supervisory experience, systems and communication skills, and the ability to manage personnel across all levels. The position offers a base salary of $68,300 to $79,650 per year and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
