Igloo is hiring a Head of Operations Manager to report to the regional head of operations in Singapore and support operations for current clients and upcoming projects in Vietnam. The role covers operational strategy, KPI development, cross-functional collaboration, claim management, customer service, sales administration, process improvement, budget management, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or startups, with knowledge of API integrations and the local insurance market.
