Description
Indie Campers is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily execution across 2–3 depots and approximately 300–450 vehicles. Reporting to the District Manager, the role manages Operations Supervisors and depot teams, ensures vehicles are ready and available, monitors KPIs, controls labor and operating costs, coordinates workforce coverage, enforces SOPs and safety standards, resolves escalated issues, and implements operational improvements. The position is hands-on and field-based, with frequent travel between depots, at least one frontline shift per month, and availability during weekends, holidays, and the six busiest months.
