Description
Inframark is hiring an Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operational integrator for an assigned office or sub-region. The role coordinates cross-functional execution across Project Management, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and related functions; monitors portfolio KPIs, financial and execution risks, customer experience, quality, and profitability; escalates operational issues; supports customer retention and cross-selling; and leads recruitment, performance management, and employee relations for direct reports. The position requires 8–10 years of progressive automation-industry and field-service experience, with engineering, business, construction management, or operations management education preferred, and may require up to 25% travel.
