Description
The Operations Manager oversees regional construction projects from purchasing through final completion, supervising Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents, Superintendents, and other field and administrative staff. The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow, contracts, change orders, vendor and subcontractor relationships, customer satisfaction, safety, and project closeout, while also participating in annual planning and forecasting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and commercial construction experience, with a minimum of five years of commercial construction experience and three years in a leadership position.
