Ashland is hiring an Operations Manager for its Intermediates business at its Lima, Ohio location. Reporting to the plant manager, the role oversees five team leaders and 18 operators, manages safe and environmentally responsible plant operations, supports maintenance and safety planning, troubleshoots operational issues, monitors product quality, and mentors operating personnel. The position requires at least 10 years of chemical plant or refining facility experience, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, continuous-process experience, and complex-issue troubleshooting skills; line experience, PSM experience, and cross-functional teamwork are preferred.
