ISS is hiring a Site Operations Manager to lead facility operations and service teams at a site in Renton, Washington. The role manages hard and soft services, vendors, SLAs, contracts, safety, customer experience, budgets, capital planning, and client relationships while maintaining operational performance and employee engagement. Candidates need at least four years of facility management operations or engineering management experience, team leadership experience, CMMS and work-order management knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers full-time employment with medical, dental, life, and disability insurance and an annual salary range of $110,000 to $120,000.
