Jake’s Unlimited is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Mesa, Arizona to lead daily operations across its indoor entertainment facility. The role involves floor leadership, staffing and deployment, guest service and recovery, safety and cleanliness, equipment and POS support, cash handling, training, performance management, and coordination with the leadership team. Candidates need at least two years of FEC or similar management or supervisory experience, with entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, attraction, retail, or other high-volume guest-facing experience preferred. The position requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
