Description
The Operations Manager will oversee air and ocean freight forwarding operations, import and export traffic, operational performance and KPIs, IATA relationships, customer service, cross-selling, supplier and subcontractor management, and compliance. The role also supervises direct reports, evaluates performance, recommends hiring and promotion, and coaches staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in transportation, ocean freight, or international business, at least five years of airfreight product or business-focused experience, airfreight operations and cost-control knowledge, marketing and sales capabilities, and advanced English proficiency.
