Description
JAS is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee air and ocean freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, branch workflow, KPIs, budgets, customer and carrier relationships, and the performance and development of direct reports. The role requires at least seven years of freight forwarding operations experience and five years of supervisory or managerial experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. It is performed in a climate-controlled office with up to 15% travel and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
