Description
The role leads and develops a team of Operations Managers responsible for the safe and efficient execution of distribution-centre activities. It oversees operational strategy, KPI delivery, budgets, forecasts, capacity and stock planning, people development, employee relations, safety, and continuous improvement across the site. The position requires managerial experience in manufacturing, processing, or distribution, automation experience, large-team and multi-channel experience, knowledge of health and safety and legal requirements, data interpretation, and the ability to coach and lead large teams.
