Description
Rohlik is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a core shift on the shop floor at a new, highly automated fulfillment center. The role manages Area Managers and large warehouse teams, drives safety, quality, productivity, staffing, KPIs, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and the implementation of automated systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least three years of warehouse or logistics operations experience, direct shop-floor leadership of teams of 50 or more, strong analytical and communication skills, English proficiency, and conversational Czech; a related degree, Lean or Six Sigma experience, and WMS or high-volume automated fulfillment experience are preferred.
