Konvert HR is seeking an Operations Manager for a food-sector logistics company in Waaslandhaven. The role manages operators and warehouse workers, schedules operations, monitors KPIs and HSEQ performance, conducts inspections, maintains customer contact, and ensures food safety and quality procedures are followed. The manager reports to the Terminal Manager, works day shifts, and may occasionally start earlier or stay longer. The position offers a permanent contract after a successful interim period and a market-rate salary.
