The role indirectly supervises laboratory staff, coordinates with regional and functional teams, serves as an operational liaison to health-system leaders, and prepares performance reports. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or laboratory field, ASCP or AMT certification, at least five years of clinical laboratory operations experience, and at least two years in a supervisory or project coordination role supporting a health system.
