Description
The Operations Manager will lead a production team of three production supervisors, one warehouse supervisor, and 40 hourly associates, developing effective teams, communication, safety culture, employee engagement, staffing, and operational strategies. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, customer relations, safety and efficiency skills, and the ability to navigate complex operational problems. Candidates may qualify through a related bachelor’s degree with at least five years of leadership experience or a high school diploma/GED with at least seven years of increasing manufacturing leadership experience. The salary range is $107,680 to $161,520, with a $10,000 sign-bonus split between two payments.
