Description
The Operations Manager leads production departments and oversees manufacturing activities for crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products. The role manages production schedules, batch procedures, process introductions, continuous improvement, staffing, safety and environmental compliance, customer service, financial reporting, and equipment or system changes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least five years of manufacturing leadership experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least eight years of such experience, along with accounting, communication, talent management, spreadsheet, OSHA/EPA, and process-safety knowledge. The salary range is $93,360 to $140,040.
