LatchBio is hiring an Operations Manager to act as a force multiplier for the COO and Chief of Staff, handling company-wide ambiguity, bottlenecks, hiring, vendors, finance, compliance, legal, product development, infrastructure, real estate, and internal systems. The role requires 0–1 operational architecture, financial ownership, risk and compliance navigation, scalable systems, cross-functional execution, and adaptive decision-making. It is fully in-office Monday through Friday in San Francisco and offers a $160,000–$200,000 salary, signing and sourcing bonuses, health and dental/vision coverage, equity, retirement options, and visa sponsorship.
