Levata is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and production operations in its Miami facility. The role manages inventory, production scheduling, order fulfillment, workflows, team leadership, hiring, training, performance evaluations, lean manufacturing, ERP and WMS systems, quality, safety, and ISO compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business administration or five years of related experience, at least three years of progressive plant or operations management experience in a technical manufacturing or warehouse environment, and three years of ERP and WMS experience; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping experience are strongly desired.
