The role includes recruiting and training personnel, supervising operations supervisors, controlling costs, enforcing safety and security procedures, investigating accidents, maintaining customer service, planning operations, and coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Logistics or transportation experience is required; leadership, safety and security, and college or military experience are preferred.
