Lumbermen’s is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the Youngstown and Warren division, manage warehouse and building-materials operations, develop and evaluate employee owners, oversee budgets and P&L, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate fleet and facility maintenance, and drive continuous improvement. The role begins in Warren, Ohio, and moves to the Youngstown, Ohio location once the building is completed. Candidates should have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field or commensurate experience, 5–7 years of management experience, and strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills; distribution or retail experience is strongly desired and building materials experience is beneficial.
