Lava Island is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to serve as the General Manager's right hand and Manager on Duty, leading the team across the indoor play park, café, and party events. The role involves maintaining guest-facing areas, handling guest issues, assigning zones, coaching staff, enforcing safety and service standards, completing opening and closing procedures, and keeping the park and café ready. Candidates need hospitality or customer-facing team leadership experience, ServSafe Manager Certification or completion within 30 days of hire, weekend and holiday availability, willingness to perform hands-on work, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and employee perks.
